This App Has Digital Models Posing Against Real Backdrop

Brands are going digital in search of influencers—and not in a conventional way. Recently, the world saw the emergence of Instagrammers who are actually virtual avatars. Soon, human endorsements could be a thing of the past, as it might be more cost-effective to hire computerized versions.

A new app called ‘Photo Studio AR’ by Superba AR now makes it possible for you to shoot artificial models in real-life settings of your choosing.

Spearheaded by Hollywood visual effects veteran Raffael Dickreuter, the tool designs its characters in the likenesses of real human models. You’ll thus be able to conduct 360-degree video and photo shoots as if a human subject were standing in front of your camera.

Additionally, the app includes professional light setups, props, and editing tools. You can also change the climates of your backdrops, which means these shoots will take significantly less time than regular ones.

The ‘Photo Studio AR’ app is compatible with iPhoneiPad, and Android devices, and is priced at US$10, and you can hire more models or outfits at US$1 each. Considering how much more money it takes to enlist real-world talents, digitized personalities could truly be in your future.
